From the 20 ha estate of Armel and José Baudry in Neuville‑sur‑Seine, this Brut Rosé reflects their commitment to eco‑friendly viticulture under the Terra Vitis philosophy. Made using the traditional Methode Champenoise, the wine blends rich Pinot Noir base with delicate Chardonnay accents, then spends 2–3 years ageing on the lees before disgorgement.

Tasting Notes

Aroma: Elegant bouquet of strawberry, red cherry, and grapefruit rind, with a subtle floral lift and fine brioche undertones

Palate: Crisp yet soft, delivering juicy red fruit and citrus notes balanced by smooth acidity and a refined, persistent mousse. A delicate mineral streak adds sophistication. Paised for its “pleasant nose of fresh red fruit” and “smoothly acidic”.
