Description
Produced in the heart of Bordeaux's Entre-Deux-Mers region, Célène Cuvée Royale Brut is a Crémant de Bordeaux crafted using the traditional method, the same process used for Champagne. The wine is aged for around two years in historic underground limestone cellars, allowing it to develop finesse, complexity and beautifully integrated bubbles. This is an elegant sparkling wine that offers exceptional value and demonstrates that Bordeaux can produce outstanding sparkling wines alongside its famous reds and whites.

Olivier's Thoughts
This is one of those bottles that often surprises people. Many customers immediately think of Champagne when looking for a quality sparkling wine, but Célène proves that Bordeaux has a lot to offer in this category. It delivers fine bubbles, lovely fruit character and a touch of brioche complexity at a fraction of the price of many Champagnes. For receptions, celebrations or simply enjoying a glass with friends, it offers outstanding value and never fails to impress. It has become one of those sparkling wines I enjoy recommending when customers are looking for something a little different but still unmistakably French
