Château d’Eyran is an estate with deep roots in the Pessac-Léognan appellation, just south of Bordeaux. The red blend is crafted from carefully selected parcels on gravel and clay-limestone soils, aged in French oak to bring structure and finesse. This wine combines the region’s signature minerality with rich fruit and fine tannins.

Tasting Notes:
Aromas of ripe blackcurrant, plum, and graphite lead into a supple palate of dark cherry, cedar, and subtle spice. Polished tannins and fresh acidity carry through to a long, poised finish.

Food Pairing:

History:

The first traces of the Château d'Eyran date back to 1317. Rebuilt on the gravelly coast of Mont d'Eyran, it entered in 1796 in the the de Seze family who still own it today. Since 1980, the management of the vineyard is ensured by Stéphane and Brigitte Savigneux joined in 2015 by their son Charles. Part of a well-thought-out quality approach environment, the 25-hectare vineyard is managed with a course: the respect for the terroir. Built in 2017, its modern cellar composed of subtly combines functionality and aesthetics and offers the wines of Château d'Eyran an exceptional setting.
