Description

Produced by Château de l'Aubrade, a family-owned estate in the heart of the Entre-Deux-Mers region, this wine is a fresh and expressive white Bordeaux that showcases the strengths of the appellation. Founded in 1973 by the Lobre family, the estate has built a reputation for producing approachable, fruit-driven wines that offer outstanding value. Crafted from the region's traditional white grape varieties, this wine combines vibrant fruit, floral aromas and a refreshing mineral finish.

Olivier's Thoughts

This is one of those wines that perfectly demonstrates why Bordeaux whites deserve far more attention than they often receive. Fresh, vibrant and wonderfully easy to enjoy, it offers everything you want from a crisp white wine without trying too hard. The blend brings more complexity than a straightforward Sauvignon Blanc, yet it remains approachable and incredibly versatile. For me, this is exactly the sort of bottle to keep chilled in the fridge throughout the summer. Whether served with seafood, enjoyed on the terrace, or poured as an aperitif for friends, it consistently delivers excellent value and authentic Bordeaux character.
