Olivier's Thoughts
If Aumerade Style is the perfect everyday Provence rosé, Marie-Christine is its more refined and sophisticated sister. This is the bottle I often recommend when someone wants a rosé that feels a little more special. It has all the freshness and elegance expected from Provence, but with an extra level of complexity, texture and precision.
What I particularly enjoy is its versatility. It works beautifully as an aperitif on a sunny terrace, yet has enough substance to accompany seafood and Mediterranean cuisine throughout a meal. The pale colour may attract attention, but it's what's inside the bottle that keeps people coming back. For me, Marie-Christine remains one of the finest examples of premium Provence rosé and consistently delivers year after year
