Vinified in stainless steel to retain its natural vibrancy, this cuvée offers a modern take on a classic Loire style, with pure fruit, delicate texture, and mouthwatering acidity.

Tasting Notes:
Aromas of white peach, pear, acacia flower, and citrus zest. The palate is lively and textured, with notes of crisp apple, lemon balm, and a hint of honey on a clean, mineral finish.

Food Pairing:
