Appearance
Bright ruby red with brilliant clarity, typical of a youthful Pinot Noir.

Nose
Fresh and expressive, revealing aromas of wild raspberry, red cherry, redcurrant and subtle floral notes of violet and peony. Gentle hints of sweet spice add complexity.

What I particularly like about Cœur de Pinot is its versatility. Light enough to enjoy on its own, yet structured enough to accompany food, it bridges the gap between casual drinking and serious wine appreciation. If you enjoy lighter reds such as Fleurie or Bourgogne Rouge, this wine will feel instantly familiar.
