From vineyards just inland from the Atlantic coast, Collection by Domaine J. Mourat is a blend of Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay grown on schist soils in the Fiefs Vendéens appellation. This 2023 vintage is vinified with a focus on freshness and tension, expressing the oceanic influence and mineral-rich terroir of the region.

Tasting Notes:
Lifted aromas of lemon zest, white flowers, and green pear. The palate is crisp and saline, with notes of citrus, orchard fruit, and a clean, flinty finish that lingers with subtle complexity.
