Domaine de Rochebin – Blanc de Blancs Brut
Grape Variety
- 100% Chardonnay
Description
Produced in the heart of the Mâconnais village of Azé, Domaine de Rochebin's Blanc de Blancs is a Crémant de Bourgogne crafted exclusively from Chardonnay and made using the traditional method. One of the few estates in Burgundy that still manages the entire sparkling wine production process in-house, Rochebin produces a Crémant that combines finesse, freshness and elegance. It is a superb example of how Burgundy's Chardonnay can create sparkling wines with remarkable quality and value.

Olivier's Thoughts
This is one of my favourite alternatives to Champagne when customers are looking for something elegant, French and exceptional value for money. Being made entirely from Chardonnay, it delivers the freshness, finesse and fine bubbles that many people associate with Blanc de Blancs Champagne, but at a much more accessible price point. It's a bottle that consistently over-delivers and is equally at home for celebrations, receptions or simply enjoying with friends. If you're discovering Crémant de Bourgogne for the first time, this is a fantastic place to start.
