Dourthe N°1 Rouge is the red counterpart to the iconic Dourthe N°1 Sauvignon Blanc and represents one of Bordeaux's most successful modern wine projects. Produced from carefully selected vineyard parcels across Bordeaux, the wine is crafted to deliver exceptional fruit purity, consistency and approachability while retaining authentic Bordeaux character.

The 2022 vintage benefited from warm, sunny conditions that produced beautifully ripe fruit, resulting in a wine with concentration, richness and remarkable balance. Careful vinification and ageing allow the fruit to remain at the forefront while adding complexity and refinement.
