Crafted by Moulin de Gassac (part of the esteemed Mas de Daumas Gassac family), Elise comes from old-vine parcels on limestone and marl slopes in Villeveyrac. Hand-harvested, de-stemmed, and slow-fermented before 8–9 months in older French oak, it’s a wine built for richness and elegance

Tasting Notes:
The 2023 shows balanced texture and depth with vivid fruit and spice core. Expect aromas and flavours of sweet cherries, chocolate wafers, praline, coffee, violet, and garrigue, all wrapped in soft, velvety tannins and a lingering finish
