Crafted from old-vine Chardonnay and Viognier grown on limestone and marl soils in Villeveyrac, Elise Blanc is gently fermented in stainless steel and part-aged in neutral oak. The result is a balanced, refined wine that highlights varietal purity and regional character.

Tasting Notes:
Aromas of white peach, citrus blossom, and almond skin, with lifted mineral undertones. The palate is fresh yet textured, offering hints of apricot, pear, and a subtle toastiness on a crisp, mineral finish.
