Hailing from the southern part of Beaujolais, Les Mouilles comes from well-exposed granitic vineyards in the appellation of Juliénas. Domaine Pardon & Fils harvests by hand, allowing gentle semi-carbonic maceration to preserve purity of fruit while adding texture and charm.

Tasting Notes:
Gorgeous aromas of ripe raspberry, wild cherry, violets, and a hint of warm spice. The palate is fresh and juicy, supported by fine tannins, vibrant acidity, and a mineral finish that reflects the terroir’s granite backbone.

Food Pairing:
Delicious with roast chicken, pork tenderloin, charcuterie, tarts, or mushroom-based dishes. Also pairs beautifully with creamy reblochon or young goat cheese.
