Produced by the historic Domaine Muré, Pierres Sèches is named after the dry stone walls that shape the terraces of their hillside vineyards near Rouffach. The 2023 vintage reflects the domaine’s commitment to organic and biodynamic farming, offering a vibrant, layered white that balances ripeness with mineral clarity.

Tasting Notes:
Elegant aromas of ripe pear, white peach, acacia, and a touch of smoke. The palate is generous and silky, with notes of quince, honeyed citrus, and a stony finish that lifts the richness with freshness.

Food Pairing:
Perfect with foie gras, roasted poultry, mushroom dishes, or soft cheeses like Munster or Taleggio. Also excellent with lightly spiced Asian cuisine or creamy seafood.
