Produce by the collaborative estate Le Cellier du Pic near Montpellier, Rouquets Cinsault is picked at night for freshness, gently pressed, and fermented at approximately 17 °C over 10 days to preserve its vivid fruit and lively aromas.

Tasting Notes
Pale salmon with seductive notes of wild strawberry and red berry fruits. The palate is juicy and fruity, lightly textured and refreshing—perfect for everyday enjoyment .

Food Pairing

Ideal served at 8–10 °C, this rosé shines with salads, fresh vegetables, grilled fish, cured meats, or light seafood dishes. It’s best enjoyed within the year of vintage.
