Soif de Tendresse (literally “Thirst for Tenderness”) is a beautifully crafted, fruit-forward Cabernet Franc from Domaine de Noiré, a certified organic estate located on the limestone slopes near Chinon. This cuvée is vinified for early drinking, with a gentle extraction and no oak, allowing the grape’s natural energy and fragrance to shine.

Tasting Notes:
Lively redcurrant, raspberry, and violet aromas on the nose. The palate is fresh and silky, with pure red fruit flavours, soft tannins, and a crisp, mouthwatering finish.

Food Pairing:
